What classes are available?
We offer a variety of classes including different types of pole fitness and dance. Our classes are designed for EVERY BODY, and our beginner level classes don’t require any prerequisites. Have a peek at our schedule to see what’s on and when.
I have no upper body strength / I am a bigger bodied person. Can I still come to class?
You do not need to have ANY previous fitness experience. We’ll build all that upper body strength/core strength with you along the way - thats what we’re here for! Everyone can start a pole class.
What do I bring to my class?
Make sure you bring a bottle of water to class with you. Don’t worry if you do forget, we have bottles available to purchase at reception. We ask that you also bring a pair of shorts with you if you aren’t wearing them already!
Can I get changed at the studio?
Sure! We have a changing room on site for you to get changed in privacy. We also have little cubby holes for you to keep all of your belongings in during the class.
